Frieda’s Brand Soyrizo and Mushroom Tacos

I love tacos. For brunch yesterday I made some delicious Soyrizo, Mushroom and Spinach Tacos. Frieda’s brand Soyrizo can be found nationwide. I picked up mine at my local HEB grocery store. I sautéed the Soyrizo and mushrooms together and topped it with organic spinach on whole wheat tortillas. The Soyrizo has such a great flavor to it so I don’t need to add any salt or spices.
