Peach Pie


I’m sending a big ‘thank you’ to my sister Sarah for the delicious vegan-friendly peach pie she sent over last night. I was such a nice surprise to find it! I served it chilled with some almond milk, so good! You’ll have to share your recipe with me soon.

p.s. Today the hubby and I will pick up our second week of farm fresh vegetables from Scott Arbor. Those vegetables are going to make for some tasty Vegan Lasagna Rollups. Here’s to another week of getting creative with some great ingredients!
