Potatoes and Pita


In my last post I missed cherry tomatoes in my CSA for this very reason. A lovely lunch of sautéed Potatoes with Cherry Tomatoes and Basil.

Ingredients: Potatoes, Cherry Tomatoes, Olive Oil, Fresh Basil, Italian Seasoning, Toasted Pita Bread

The hubby and I have had some really nice dinners with friends and family lately that I hope to share soon!
