Today is World Vegan Day in celebration of the founding of The Vegan Society in November 1944. Today is a day to celebrate life and the beautiful world around us, and I’ve been in my office all day. It’s one of those days where you have time to finally catch up, but you’re just too tired to do anything that doesn’t involve, you know, sitting still. So I thought while I’m sitting here I might as well take a second to share a story I just love.
