My Origami Heart

Veggie Angie Origami Heart
Valentine’s Day is my favorite holiday. Not only is it the anniversary of my first kiss, my first boyfriend, and our Wedding, but it’s the perfect excuse to dress up all fancy and eat lots of heart shaped chocolates.

I’ve already started planning our lovey-dovey celebration, and in doing so found this adorable Origami Heart Bookmark on Apartment Therapy. This year will be 9 years since my husband and I started dating and 2 years since we were Married.

The perfect bookmark for “It Chooses You” by Miranda July.

This last one was folded from vintage Valentine’s paper I purchased for our Wedding that I never knew how to use. I’m thinking of folding several more and stringing them together as decoration.

Tonight we’re getting together to celebrate my sister Sarah’s birthday. I’m talking Mediterranean food, vegan cupcakes with frosting…it’s going to be awesome.
