Homemade Ice cream

Last week we celebrated my 26th Birthday early with a few friends. We played games, filmed a silly music video, and ate popcorn and homemade vegan ice cream till 3:30am. It was so much fun! I want to thank Marisa for the adorable gifts, Remy for letting me throw a water balloon at him, Mark for taking wonderful photos and Emily for the delicious ice cream recipe. It seriously couldn’t get any better!

Homemade Peanut Butter Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients
1-2 Bananas, Sliced Thin
2 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter

Placed the sliced banana on in a single layer on a plate or sheet pan. Put the bananas in the freezer and allow to freeze for 2-3 hours. Throw the frozen banana slices and peanut butter in a food processor or mixer till blended smooth and creamy. Enjoy!

Emily had to go home before we made the ice cream, but Marisa and I had a lot of fun making and eating it. Nothing makes vegans and lactose-intolerant people happier than dairy-free ice cream. I plan on making this recipe for my actual 26th Birthday tomorrow. I’m so excited to take the day off and enjoy some time with family and friends. Have a wonderful weekend!
