Mom’s favorite: Vegan Banana Walnut Muffins

Today is Mother’s Day. How can I thank my Mom for the twenty-six years of being an amazing Mother to me? It’s not easy. She was taken out for an early Mother’s Day lunch on Friday, she got homemade muffins and a card today and tomorrow we’re having a picnic with the family. I just wanted to thank my Mother today before we head out to celebrate with Mark’s Mom. Wishing everyone a wonderful day!
