Vegan Soy Protein Shake Ingredients
We try to make good use of a Magic Bullet we purchased well over a year ago by making a variety of shakes and smoothies. I love having a fresh fruit smoothie for breakfast, and Mark enjoys making soy protein smoothies for a healthy post-workout boost. He made this one last week, and I just had to share it here.
Soy Protein Smoothie
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Soy Protein Powder
- 1 Banana
- 1 cup Soy or Almond Milk
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 3/4 cup Applesauce
- 3-4 Ice cubes
Our mini blender works best when the dry ingredients are adding last, so we add the items in following order: banana, soy milk, applesauce, ice, cinnamon and soy protein. Mix until smooth and enjoy!
