I was eagerly waiting for my Greenling Box to arrive today. The hubby and I have been too busy to grocery shop, so I was looking forward to restocking my fridge and pantry with the Engine 2 Diet 5-Meal Kit. I’m talking about delicious, healthy meals from organic and/or local and sustainably produced ingredients already washed, prepped and portioned. My last Vegan 5-Meal Kit was a total success, so I’m looking forward to our meals this week.
