Vegan Cake from Whole Foods with So Delicious Chocolate Ice cream

The icing was very sweet, but the cake was delicious!

Wednesday marked my Mother’s 59th Birthday (she looks amazing, I know). Thanks for the cheek bones mom! Oh, and for everything else you have provided me all these years. You’ve always been a supportive, amazing Mother and wonderful person. Happy Birthday!

I highly recommend Café des Artistes at the San Antonio Museum of Art. The food is homemade, they know their ingredients, and are vegan-friendly if you ask.
